Full Description

Our farm dinner experience begins with a farm tour, a meet-and-greet with the goats and JoJo - the mini-donkey - followed by a multi-course menu prepared on-site by our Chef/Farmer, Ted Domville. 

Our dinners are perfect to celebrate special occasions with friends, family, and coworkers. Some of the special moments that we have hosted include graduations, birthdays, holiday parties, wedding anniversaries, and rehearsal dinners. Let us know what you are celebrating and we’ll be happy to serve you!

We use local organic produce as much as possible, and all meats are pasture-raised and from Animal Welfare Certified producers in NC. We can accommodate vegetarians, gluten-free diets, and folks with common allergies like peanuts and shellfish, etc. Our farm dinners are BYOB, but we offer water, coffee, tea, and canelazo (a non-alcoholic warm beverage made from sugarcane & cinnamon). Please note that we do not have a separate menu for children. 

The dinner takes place in our pavilion and the tables are decorated with local flowers during the growing season. During the cold months, we enclose the pavilion with tent walls and add a heater, and we also provide fleece blankets and light up a firepit to keep you warm.  

Pricing

Pricing depends on the number of guests and your choice between a 3 or 5 course menu. The prices below represent a rough estimate based on the corresponding number of guests, and these prices include gratuity but not taxes.  

Discounts and Additional Fees

We offer a 10% discount on select Fridays between April and November. Any Sunday booking has an additional fee of $525. Please see below the list of Fridays eligible for 10% discount.

Cancellations and weather policy

The Client has the right to cancel this event up to 7 days before the scheduled date and will receive a refund equal to 25% of the amount paid towards the total booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled farm dinner. In the event of inclement weather, Elodie Farms reserves the right to reschedule this event at a time convenient for both parties at no extra-cost within 6 months of the original date of the event.
